Description
Large, comfortable 200 m2 family chalet, very recent (2016), in the hamlet of Gemoëns facing the Aravis mountain range, close to the village of Combloux (3km) and the pedestrian center of Megève (5km). The Princesse - Mont d'Arbois ski lifts are a 5-minute drive away (large parking lot, ESF for all levels, equipment rental).
For next winter's school vacations, the remaining availabilities are :
- Saturday December 30 to Saturday January 6
- Saturday February 10 to Saturday February 17
- Saturday March 2 to Saturday March 9
Of course, there is also availability in January and March.
A tastefully decorated 60 m² double living room on the 1st floor (TV, fireplace, cathedral ceiling), very bright, opening onto a convivial bar and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
A total of 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and 5 toilets.
The 2nd floor features a master bedroom with bathroom, toilet and balcony, as well as a "mountain corner" for children.
The first floor features 3 bedrooms with balconies and mountain views, as well as 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets.
High-quality technical equipment: wifi throughout, 3 TVs, DVD.
The basement features a children's playroom (books, games, DVDs), as well as a checkroom (with shoe dryers for 10 pairs) and a laundry room (LL, SL).
A garage with ski rack and electric vehicle recharging point completes the complex. Private, snow-free parking 20 m away.
Sanitary protocol covid still active.
Services included: welcome, cleaning (before and after your stay, as well as 2x2h during your stay), bed linen and towels, preparation of beds for your arrival, wood for the fireplace, utilities (water, electricity, gas, heating, VAT, tourist tax).
Label 5 cœurs awarded in 2019 by the Combloux Tourist Office.
No pets allowed, even small ones, no parties allowed, this is a family chalet or one to share with friends.
Chamonix is 1/2 hour away, and Geneva 1 hour.
